For any insurance product purchased via lifeinsuranceofindia.in – a soft copy of the policy proposal submission confirmation will be emailed to the email id provided at the time of buying the product immediately.
After Acceptance of proposal as per Underwriting rules and approval of proposal, Insurance Policy number will be generated and Policy Bond will be printed.
LIC OF INDIA will courier a hard copy of the policy documents/Policy Bond, within 15-21 days of buying the insurance policy.

When you purchase something from lifeinsuranceofindia.in, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

We use Razorpay for processing payments. We/Razorpay do not store your card data on their servers. Cancellation and Refund Policy
In case of a cancellation of order, the online deposit paid will be refunded via direct credit to accounts or payment mode chosen by the payer.
Transaction charges, admin charges/service charges by payment gateway if any for providing the same will be deducted from the amount paid by the customer.
You may need to return the copy of the policy documents received by you, in order to cancel the policy if policy has been issued and refund will be issued as per refund process of LIC OF INDIA.

Section 37. Policies to be guaranteed by Central Government.

—The sums assured by all policies issued bythe Corporation including any bonuses declared in respect thereof and, subject to the provisions containedin section 14 the amounts assured by all policies issued by any insurer the liabilities under which havevested in the Corporation under this Act, and all bonuses declared in respect thereof, whether before orafter the appointed day, shall be guaranteed as to payment in cash by the Central Government - Seciton 37, LIC ACT 1956.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
In case of a cancellation of order, the online deposit paid will be refunded via direct credit to accounts or payment mode chosen by the payer.
Transaction charges, admin charges/service charges by payment gateway if any for providing the same will be deducted from the amount paid by the customer.
You may need to return the copy of the policy documents received by you, in order to cancel the policy if policy has been issued and refund will be issued as per refund process of LIC OF INDIA.
